Common Use
Lomexin cream is used to treat fungal infections such as candidiasis, athlete’s foot, ringworm, and other dermatophyte infections. It helps relieve itching, redness, burning, and irritation. The medication works by disrupting the fungal cell membrane, stopping fungal growth.

Dosage and Direction
Apply a thin layer of Lomexin cream to the affected area once or twice daily, as directed by your healthcare provider. Clean and dry the skin before application. Continue treatment for the full recommended duration, even if symptoms improve earlier.

Precautions
For external use only. Avoid contact with eyes and mucous membranes. If irritation or allergic reactions occur, discontinue use and consult a doctor.

Contraindications
Do not use Lomexin if you are allergic to fenticonazole or any of its ingredients. It should not be applied to open wounds unless directed by a healthcare professional.

Possible Side Effects
Mild local reactions such as redness, itching, or burning may occur. These effects are usually temporary. Seek medical advice if severe irritation develops.

Drug Interaction
Systemic drug interactions are unlikely due to minimal absorption. However, avoid using other topical antifungal or corticosteroid products on the same area unless advised by your doctor.

Missed Dose
If you miss an application, apply it as soon as you remember. Do not apply extra cream to make up for a missed dose. Continue with your regular schedule.

Overdose
Overdose is unlikely with topical use. Excessive application may cause increased skin irritation. If accidentally ingested, seek medical attention.

Storage
Store Lomexin cream at room temperature, away from heat and direct sunlight. Keep out of reach of children. Do not use after the expiration date.
